Privacy Policy

HushLark ("HushLark," "we," "us") provides a professional services program — including our six-month AI Transformation Program — together with software applications such as our customer portal (portal.hushlark.ai) and productivity tools including Mylson and Chief of Staff, that help companies adopt AI in their daily operations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to hushlark.ai, our marketing and sales activities, our customer portal, and our applications (together, the "Services").

Information we collect

• Marketing and sales information. When you join our waitlist, register for a webinar, request a demo or information, subscribe to updates, or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, work email, company, role, and your interest in the AI Transformation Program. We may also collect business contact details of prospective clients from you or from public professional sources in order to reach out about the program.
• Marketing engagement data. Whether you open or click our emails and which pages of our site you visit, so we can gauge interest, measure our campaigns, and send more relevant information.
• Account information. Name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash), or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google (we receive your name, email, and Google account identifier — never your Google password).
• Customer content. Information you or your company store in the Services — account details, service records, documents you link, and, for our productivity tools, content such as meeting summaries and transcripts that you choose to capture, with retention settings you control.
• Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we store billing contact details and invoice records, not card numbers.
• Usage and log data. API requests, feature usage, approximate region, and device/browser metadata, used for security, quota, and service improvement.

How we use information

• To send marketing and sales communications — about HushLark, the AI Transformation Program, webinars, and related offerings — to people who have signed up or where otherwise permitted, and to tailor and measure those communications.
• To respond to your inquiries and manage the sales process for the program, including scheduling, proposals, and agreements.
• To provide, secure, and improve the Services — authentication, account management, invoicing, usage reporting, and support.
• To communicate with you about your account, services, and invoices.
• To meet legal, accounting, and audit obligations.

Your marketing choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time there or by emailing hello@hushlark.ai — we'll stop promotional messages promptly. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary account, transactional, or service messages. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (see Retention & deletion).

The AI Quick Assessment

When you take the AI Quick Assessment we collect your name, email address, company name, company size, your answers to the assessment questions, and any message you send us. We use these to produce and send your results, and to reply if you contact us. The assessment runs on ScoreApp, which stores this information on our behalf as a processor. Your answers are not sold, published, or passed to anyone outside the systems that run the assessment and send our email. If you opt in to our weekly marketing email (the Monday note), you can unsubscribe from any message in one click. You can ask us to delete your assessment record at any time by emailing hello@hushlark.ai.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.
• Your operational data and content are not shared across customers, pooled, or used to train AI models.
• Every integration is reversible, and actions in the Services are logged for auditability.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that operate the Services on our behalf — including Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in, if you choose it), ScoreApp (which runs our AI Quick Assessment), the email and marketing platforms we use to deliver and measure our communications, and AI model providers strictly to process the requests you make — and where required by law or in connection with a business transfer. Each provider is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.

Retention & deletion

We retain account and engagement information while your account or relationship with us is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes, and we keep marketing contacts until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. You may request export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@hushlark.ai; deletion requests are honored within 30 days except where retention is legally required.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on our infrastructure providers. Access is role-restricted and logged.
