Terms of Service

These terms govern use of hushlark.ai, the HushLark customer portal, and our applications (the "Services"), operated by HushLark, Inc. By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you're authorized to bind that company, and "you" means the company.

The Services

HushLark provides a professional services program that helps companies adopt AI — governed data, training, guardrails, rebuilt workflows, and agent deployment — together with software tools (including Mylson and Chief of Staff) and a customer portal for managing your account, services, invoices, and usage. Professional services engagements are additionally governed by a Master Service Agreement and Statements of Work signed with your company; if these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Accounts

• Keep your credentials confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Account owners and admins control membership and may invite or remove users.
• You must provide accurate billing information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Services: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach or probe security, no reselling without authorization, no interfering with other customers, and no use of AI features to generate unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that endanger the Services or other customers, with notice where practicable.

Billing & payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance per the plan you select; professional services are invoiced per your MSA/SOW (typically net-30). Payments are processed by Stripe. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension after notice. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or your signed agreement.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data and content you bring to or create in the Services. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Services for you. Our commitments on collection, use, and protection are in the Privacy Policy — including that your data is not pooled across customers or used to train AI models.

AI outputs

The Services generate AI-assisted content (summaries, drafts, analyses). AI outputs may contain errors; review them before relying on them for business, legal, or financial decisions.

Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time. Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after 30 days' notice. On termination we'll make your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it per the Privacy Policy.

Changes, law & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, for signed customers, notified. These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA. Questions: hello@hushlark.ai.
